We had to mix our Jamaican Gold and Jamaican Black because that's what we Jamaicans are - a melting pot of diverse cultures! This 6" masterpiece is loaded with the best of both worlds, topped with our signature rum glaze, then finished with chunks of our Jamaican Black and crumbs from our Jamaican Gold. Rum plus wine? Yes please! All baked for you to have a tiddly good time.  

Ingredients - Flour, eggs, sugar, spices, oil, fruits, red wine and white overproof rum.

Goes well with - Dark spirits, rum based mixed drinks and ice cream
